Harwood hoods?
Harwood hoods?
So when one orders a harwood cowl does it come in a gel coat finish or regular fiberglass? on the site they look smooth shiny and black.I could live with that until I get it painted but gel coat is ugly.

they are offered in a " show finish" with the smooth underside. Or regular with the rough fibreglass. Show finish is a little more money for obvious reasons

When I ordered on (going on 12 years ago now, I think. Egads!), it came in a gloss-black gelcoat finish on the top. Underside is a mix of black gelcoat and more raw fiberglass. Didn't look bad on the car unpainted. I don't think I have any pics of it unpainted, or I'd post one...

I have one on my first gen and it comes with smooth black finish on top. The fit is ok, not perfect.
