Question. Is the early 85-89 Z28 hood the same as the hood that is used for the blister hood on 90-92 models?
Can the blisters be swapped for standard z28 louvers and vice versa?
I know the blisters will not work on a standard flat hood as they do not align up
and there looks like a recession in the hood is required much like that is on a stock z28 hood. Been there done that. Sorry if this question has been asked before, just could not find it.

 

blisters and louver are interchangeable.....so if the hood came with one or the other you can swap them around....like you said they dint work with flat hoods or the stock fiberglass ones, even tho they do have indents.
