Question before Paint...

So finally after 6 months, the Z is just about ready for paint. I will be painting the car myself. I've been toying with the idea of the 25th anniversary stripe on the hood since I have the louvered hood, I want to do the stripes but can't decide on how please bounce some ideas off me... The car will be painted Black Cherry Mica, or Radiant Ebony as I've seen it listed also, the louvers have a gold Carbon fiber effect in them. I was thinking either do the stripes in charcoal on the hood so they stand ou t alot or in a "Goldmine" Pearl which would make them pop in sunlight but barely appear otherwise like a ghost stripe. I have also toyed with the idea of ghost striping it and making the ends of the stripe where they meet near the top of the hood end in flame licks, also ghosted... What do you think?
