Re: front bumper.
It will "bolt up" but it will obviously look different. You would have to relocate your front turnsignals from the middle of the bumper to the top, as that is where they mount with that style bumper.

Re: front bumper.
I am kind of doing something like this. I am putting a 91 front end on an 86 but I bought the whole car (91) for parts including the harness.
The bumper has holes in it to mount the turn signals and lights so you would need that too.
The bigger problem that I see is the gfx. The part you show has them and your base car does not. They are different years too. Not to mention the bottom parts that the chin spoiler and air deflector attach too.
If you could find a 91/92 non gfx front bumper that would be easier but they are hard to find as are the filler parts for the gfx cars.
For mine I am planning some custom mods to blend my two different styles together along with stripes, painted on, in the same area as the dot matrix factory location.
Where are you located? I have a front from a 89 formy that is in fair to good condition but they are expensive to ship.
Sorry I see that I have this the wrong way around. In this case I think you would be better off finding a gfx 91/92 style they are not as hard to find as lots of base cars had the gfx.
