t-tops leaking

t-tops leaking

I just had my 85 iroc-z painted. ordered new t-top weather strippings for it and had them installed at the body shop but when the it rains water still leaks in!

I read that if they are aftermarket weatherstrip then they will most likely leak. Factory ones are the way to go but cost more $$. I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong. Also I read that if they still leak even with new factory weatherstrip, then you could have other issues on hand.

Where is the water coming in from? At the door glass/t-top seam? Try adjusting the mounting brackets to tighten the t-tops more against the weatherstripping.
