You know that black cover which covers the door lock where the key goes in? I've got a cracked one. What's the easiest way to replace that? Do you need to remove the lock or is there a way to replace the cover without removing the lock?

You have replace the lock cylinder. Pull the door panel theres a clip that holds the cylinder to the door and theres a rod that goes through the hole on the end of the lever on the back of the cylinder with a plastic clip that rotates and clips on the rod to hold it in the hole.
