Ok the big brace under the bumper on my car is stuck on, I tried to break the bolts lose not happening unless i can get a pair of pliers in there to the hold the back of em... What's the easiest way to get to get that thing off with out air tools?? If i had a chisel i'd just bust it off, May take the time to dremel it off.. I'll post pics tomorrow no matter what route I decide to go hopefully I get some advice tonight..

 

by ur description without pics my advise is needle nose pliers and quarter inch impact with swivel adapter
