Not quite. 1982-1984 t-tops have a hook style latching system. 1985 to 1992 cars use a pin style latching system to hold the t-tops in place.

There are some differences in t-tops. They could be glass or lexan, which you should be able to just adjust the mounts and they will work. Also I believe the newer years 90-92 have bigger pins that hold the tops in place but that wouldn't be a problem if you can get the plastic mounts behind the A and B pillar moldings and switch those over as well.

I've got an '84 Berlinetta, it's pin style with large diameter pins. This isn't stock? The tops have the Vin scribed into them though.

Don't forget the aftermarket T-Tops..
My '83 has C&C T-tops that are a different size then factory ones.

sorry to thread jack but any idea of who or how much it would run me to t-top my hardtop. ive got 2 firebirds, one i keep completley original and the other is just a mod car. But i dont know where to even start to find someone to cut the roof out.
