89 iroc ground effect

I've been looking all over the place for the passenger side ground effect for my 89 iroc. I've gone to junkyard after junkyard, searched through craigslist post ebay, etc. I have come by them but most of the time the price + shipping makes it ridiculous to even buy. My question is, what ground effect will actually fit my car? Will any year iroc fit it, or only specific years. After seeing a couple z28/rs at the junkyards that were 87-89, they look about the same? Is this true or do I actually need a ground effect from the same year iroc as mine.

Any help would be appreciated,
Thanks.

It's that right their. I don't know the correct name because everytime I say ground effect someone says it's a rocker panel, everytime I say rocker panel it's a ground effect, it's kind of annoying, especially explaining what I need over the phone to someone lol.

Re: 89 iroc ground effect

Holy crap $45 to ship? Its not that heavy but maybe due to its lenght? Even then I would think it would be around $20-$30 to ship. Sometimes I say that people on flebay overcharge on shipping to compensate if it sells for cheap Jesus.

Anyways, Yea just say its the bottom ground effect and not from the actual door itself. These older GFX are all over the yards here but the ones that were here are gone or cracked. They should be easy to find even more if you are willing to drive around where you live. Yards here will sell it for $15, well after taxes it will be around $19.50 but the small yards here don't charge tax. Call around you should be able to find it.

Trust me, I have looked around. The prices people want for GFX that are messed up are ridiculous. Everyone I've found at a junkyard is damaged to the point where it's not even worth trying to repair.
