Oh the agony!,

Well how hard is this gonna be to fix? Is it possible, these are the only bad rust spots on the car.

 

Its hard to tell from the pictures if it rotted all of the way thru. I would consider pulling the windshield out of the car and hitting the entire windshield frame with a sander to see what you're really dealing with.
If its just surface rust you should be able to grind it out of there, and neutralize the rust and put filler over it.

If there are small holes, i would consider cutting out the damaged sheet metal and welding in new pieces from a donor car like I did. I found more rust under the outer skin which if I hadn't found would have gone right thru the structure and probably would have come apart eventually.

Ok, just gotta start scowering the yards, its pitted pretty bad on that right side, wonder if I can just get a yard to cut me out those peices. The winshield is cracked anyway and needs to come out so I'll do it when I pull the glass.

 

Get yourself a spotweld cutter, and a chisel cut out what you need and graft it in with a MIG. It sounds scary, but it really wasn't that bad doing mine. If you plan on keeping it for awhile peace of mind goes a long long way knowing it's fixed correctly.
