Picked up some C5 Corvette wheels and have some tire questions
So i picked up these C5 corvette replica wheels by O E Wheel. I searched and found out i need 2'' wheel adapters, but now i cannot find any info on tires sizes for these specific rims. The sizes are FRONT: 17x8.5 and REAR: 18x9.5. And yes I'm sure they aren't 9.5 and 10.5 these are replicas and its printed on the box the sizes. Any ideas the propor tires that'll fit these rims without rubbing or looking too small? I have 1LE Springs and the cars a 1991 RS, stock height. Any ideas guys?

245/40/17 front
275/35/18 rear
Same thing a C5 uses
Tire brands shift the actual dimensions around slightly though so fender fit is subjective

Quite a few threads on C5 wheel swaps in the Wheels and Tires section, where this should probably be
Look nice though. I am not sure if I want the C5 or the Z06 style.

Great choice. I love these rims, really looking forward to getting a set myself (someday).

stock tires on these wheels are the goodyear eagle f1 run flats. They go for about 380 a pop at sears. Same ones I have on my 97 c5 wheels. I got the tires free. I wouldn't put run-flats on anything ever again even if they are free because you cant patch em and the cheapest price to mount them is 35$ without balance.

I got some free Michellin pilot sport tires that are 245/40/18. Will that be okay for the rears? If so...what size should i run with those for the front? 235/40/17?

Original Equipment Front Size 1: 245/45-17
Original Equipment Rear Size 1: 275/40-18
245/40/18 is too skinny for the rear, tire will look really stretched on the rim.
run the size I have listed above.
There was no rubbing on the front at all (turning lock to lock) but the rear needed a 5/16" spacer with my LS1 rear end (these are the actual 97-99 C5 wheels, same size offset as the 00-04 wheels)
