are the 92 gfx direct bolt on to an 89? i know the answers are here some where but its terribly difficult running through page after page....

basically will i need to change any parts on the 89 (rear bumper cover ect ect...), or will i need to change mounting holes on the gfx?

 

the honeycomb plastic on the bumper needs to be changed, and the fender GFX parts dont bolt through the fender, they are attached with double sided tape and have 2 bolt underneath. It can be done, the hardest part is finding teh fender GFX in usable condition.

thanks! i found a great set, how would i mount the fender peices with out repalcing the fenders? can i get away without replacing the front cover (just put the gfx on)?and is the rear cover the same as far as lining up the rear quarter peices?

 

no no and no. they wont line up with the earlier pieces. Totally different style
