91 Ground Effects Question

My '91 Firebird is getting painted right now, but when I took it into the shop (after hours of sanding) I found that one of the ground effects (front drivers side fender) was broken on the top where it mounts. I am hoping to find a replacement in the next few days so I can take the part and get it painted the same time as the car, but I've been having a hard time finding 91-92 ground effects.

My question was, would an 82-90 ground effect fit in the area I am looking for? I know it is close to the nose that was added in 91, but could I use a previous year's front driver's side section on my year without any implications?

Re: 91 Ground Effects Question

Only 91-92 ground effects fit, and are one of if not THE most difficult to locate part for a 3rd gen. Fix your originals if possible

Re: 91 Ground Effects Question

So I am finding, I think I can fiberglass the crack back together and have it look fine, and that will offer it similar flexibility. Thanks for the answer.
