You can do the poor mans job by putting clear weather resistant silicone caulking in-between the weather strip and the body. But this is only if your desperate. It may look like but it should get the job done.

Re: T tops
They are adjustable to a small degree - maybe try that - remove the top screw out of the A pillars and B pillars, move them aside slightly (don't have to remove them), and there are bolts holding the mounting plates (parts with holes) - loosen the bolts and try adjusting some).

Depends on the leak though. If its leaking due to high pressure washer, could be not adjusted right as in the explaination by camaronewbie. But if it leaks while raining, then the weather strip is dry rotted and needs replacement or a jerry rigged fix. Worst case senareo would be a rust hole in the center faming area.

Re: T tops
ive got the same issue, ive noticed it leakes from the front folds on the t bar, where it has that 90* angle? i put some clear silicone in the crack and let it dry, it worked great til the car sat in the sun for 3 weeks at 110* lol it kinda melted to the t top so when i pulled it off it ended up coming out on the t top, im thinking the silicone under the weather stripping is your cheapest route, im about to do the same tihng to mine
