i just bought an 88 v8,5-speed sport coupe.
pretty decent car for what i gave for it,but the
rear spoiler gasket is dry and falling out from under
the spoiler.
anywhere to buy this gasket new?
thanks,
jd
p.s.how do you take the spoiler off?
is there bolts under the rear hatch cover?

never knew there was a gasket. I just used double sided tape when I put mine on.
but yea, lift up the hatch, pop those black caps off and undo the nuts.

it has a gasket just like the standard
92,etc. has.
sits underneath and you can see the lip all around the edge.

I made mine out of old fender liner. Looks ok and it does the job but I can tell it's not factory.
