My power bulge hood has this baseball sized dent (in diameter, and it's not on the bulge btw) that will not come out. I've massaged it with a body hammer a million times. I thought I got it straight one night but when I came out the next morning it reappeared! Anybody got any good tricks or am I gonna need a new hood

try shrinking it. take a propane torch to the underside of it and right after you heat it cool it down with a wet rag. thats if its a metal hood. i dont know what hood you are talking about. it its aluminum then you dont want to do that unless you know what you are doing

Thanks for the tip. It's bare metal right now so don't have to worry bout burning the paint. It's the factory hood that came on Formula Firebirds, it's steel. I'll try it tomorrow and let you know how it works.
Thanks guys
