once you unbolt or remove everything and anything on a camaro and have it down to the bare shell

Probably in the 500-600 lb. range. I could lift one end of mine off the jack stands by myself (just lift, wouldn't be able to carry it anywhere!) and I'm not a big guy.

I stripped down a t-top car to the shell, and hauled it to the junk yard and it weighed 770#
