Headlight wont pop up?

Headlight wont pop up?
Hey guys, I have a 1989 Trans am and the previous owner purchased replacment torque pins for the headlights. There is no instruction on installing them. And i cant seem to find where there supposed to go in the headlight. I cant find any digrames or instruction these any information will be greatly appriciated thanks.
