Lower Door Hinge

I need to find out if anyone here has ran accross my problem. I just replaced door bushings in upper and lower hinges on my 85TA. The drivers side worked out great it opens and closes like a new one. I relplaced the upper bushings on the passenger side with the kit from Hawks, a bit pricey but man they work great. I replaced my lower bushings and pins and tightend everything up and shut my door. I then discovered I still have slop in my door from the lower hinge part that is welded to the door. The lower hole on the bottom hinge that the pin goes into after it passes through both bushings is wore out to the point that it won't let the pin have a tight fit after its installed. Any ideas?

Weld and drill or replace it.
