Can you use filler on front airdam?

On my 84 T/A I am sanding the front airdam and have several gouges in it. Since it is flexible I am worried filler would not stay in. How do I fic the gouges?

Thanks,

This is the big ground effects piece that bolts to the nose. Air dam may have been the wrong name for it. It has the aero package so it is a big piece.

you can't use regular bondo-type fillers since they're not meant to flex. you should be able to find stuff especially made for bumpers that will do what you need, you may have to go to a body supply store to find it though

My wife used to work for Keystone Automotive in there bumper repair division and they use a two part plastic epoxy that is available thru automotive supply shops. She brought me some home for me to use on my car. I can post the exact name later if you wish (very similar to a plastic jb weld that is sandable and paintable)
