rear window material on renault megane?(weight reduction)
Watching an old episode of top gear(13x04(see 7:50)) and there is a renault megane in it with a rear window that seems to be some sort of plastic, its flexible and therefore probably as light to lexan as lexan is to glass, have been planning to swap my hatch glass out for lexan, but this material would be much lighter, anyone know what the material is?

I believe the material is perspex. Careful. its expensive and scratches easily.
