I recently replaced my stock steel hood with a Daytona style fiberglass hood. I was told I had to remove the hood supports and find other less powerful struts. I was wondering if anyone knows the part number I need.

 

go to your local parts store and ask for the struts for a fiberglass hood. thats all you got to do. thats all i did. if you use the stock ones you more than likely crack the hood closing it. be carefull on the highway, watch the corners you may need to pin them.
