hood latch/bumper/rad support bracket/brace necessary?

I'm pulling my front end off for paint, and I am wondering whether or not I can delete the bracket/brace that attaches to the nose, hood latch and rad support without it causing the nose or bumper to be wobbly/droop/flex or anything like that. I am not concerned about the latch portion, my hood is full pin on

that all holds the nose up/on, you need it.

Was afraid of that, I'm a minimalist when it comes to my engine bay, the less useless clutter the better.
