Rear Bumper Support!!

Ok so mine is being a bear to get off, due to rusting out, So far i have about 5 hours in with a angle grinder and about a hour with a nut cutter. I'm about to just take it to a shop and have them plasma cut the thing off. My bolts are just turning in place err!!! but anyway have I'm done anyone know where i can get a new stock one or a replacement kind of like the one in this post

I have a couple of nice ones. Here in Arizona they don't rust like that but the bolts/studs are kinda hard to get off anyway.

Both my parts cars are '89s. My guess is the metal part is the same but the plastic mesh is different to support the slightly higher design of the '91s and 2s

those carriage bolts are a pita i took a zaw saw to them and cut them off and put on new support and bolts etc. good luck ,,
