91 rear bumper
91 rear bumper
I have an 82 z28 with a nasty gash in the rear bumper. A buddy hooked me up with a perfect 91 model rs bumper. Now, I know they will bolt up, but will it match the ground effects on the quarter panel? I can go back and get all of the ground effects, but the front bumper was toast. Chin spoiler is repairable, but I don't think it'll fit the 82 bumper, looks like it goes up in the middle. If anybody has done this and has a pic, that would be sweet as well
Re: 91 rear bumper
I understand that they are different, shape wise. I have also seen them put on the older models when changing the complete ground efx. I'm wondering if the rear bumper will match up to the rear quarter section of the ground efx. Guess I'l have to try it and see.

no they wont, everything about the different ground effects are different, each piece
82-84 is unique to itself as is 85-89, 90-92. you can however use the rear gfx for the bumper and leave your sides pieces and front on if that what you like

Thanks. I guess I'll need to go back and get the rear sections of the ground efx. I'd change it all out, but his front bumper is trashed, and I like my front bumper better than the newer one
