Re: help
Ouch! I suppose start pulling it apart and start making a list of what you will need...
I have repaired a couple of these third gen birds in the past.... they are not usually not worth fixing and the insurance company will usually total them out.
That being said, if you like the car and can get some used parts cheap it can be done but takes time. Around here in MN it is sometimes easier to get a parts car with a bad motor or trans than get any parts from a junkyard. There just is not to many of these cars in yards up here anymore...
I see you will need a hood, fender, bumper, bumper support and a headlight for sure I bet the core support and wheel well stuff is a mess to.
It may be best to get a parts car and cut the parts off it and weld them on.
I bet it may need some frame rack work to...
Good luck, looks like some work and time to get her back in shape

Re: help
from the way that fender buckled chances are the supporting frame work under it buckled just as bad. youll need to either do some pulling to straighten it back or or just replace it with some straight pieces. not impossible to fix, but youve got a project on your hands.

Re: help
That will need a frame machine, it appears that the core support is damaged. Any non-structural damaged parts can be removed as long as they are not needed for pulling, eg. the front impact bar is damaged as well as non-structural but could be used as a pulling point for the front frame horns. The damage must pulled into spec. before any removal and replacement of structural parts. I would recomend taking it to a shop and letting them do the work. The basic concept of pulling the frame is to anchor the vehicle. Most systems anchor the car with the suspension loaded. The basics of ancoring a camaro would be using four anchors in the cab area, two behind the front wheels, two in front of rear wheels. The clamps will attach to the pinch welds under the cab and the bottom will anchor to the frame machine preventing the anchors from moving. You can do one pull at a time but it is best to do multiple pulls at once. Generally you want to pull in the opposite direction of the damage. Most damage goes two directions, the damage of the collision, and down (in an accident ppl hit the brakes, this causes the down damage).
