Some more window problems.
So i got all the new weatherstripping installed and the new window motors put in as well. The drivers side works pretty well, window goes up and down correctly and it seals at the top nicely. I wish i could say the same for the passenger side.
For some reason the passenger side window doesn't seat correctly at the top towards the front of the car. I can roll the window up all the way with the door open, and when i close it, it will seal nicely. But when i roll the window down and put it back up with the door closed, the front side of the window doesn't sit all the way up, ad leaves a nice little gap that leaks water pretty good.
I also noticed with the window down in any position except all the way at the bottom, the glass see-saws forward and back in the door. SO basically the window shifts when it goes up with the door closed, and doesn't seat where it should.
Any info would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

You should go back into the door and make sure all of the rollers are seated properly in the guide tracks and make sure that the adjustment bolts are tight. You may also want to adjust the windows with the doors closed to make sure they're sitting right against the weatherstrips.

Only reason why the rear of the window would sit higher than the front when closed is that the rear guide track, behind where the door handle mounts, is loose. The see-saw thing is another indicator.

I checked and all the tracks are tight. It seems to me like the play isn't in the tracks, but the actual regulator. I made a video so its easier to see whats going on with it.

Re: Some more window problems.
Well i sucked it up and pulled the regulator, and i think i found the problem. The arm that goes onto the window track towards the front of the window has some left and right wiggle around the center rivet that its pressed onto.

If i hold the other end tight that goes onto the small track under the door handle, the end that goes to the front of the window wiggles around that piece. Im gonna weld up that gap between the arm and rivet and see if that fixes the problem. This play would explain why only the front half of the window doesn't go up all the way.
