Fix crack in hood

I have done a search couldn't find a good answer. What is the best product to use to fix small cracks and chips in a SMC hood? Something that sticks very good to the composite material.

I ended up useing evercoat fiber tech.

How well does that evercoat stand up to heat? Im putting some on my hood to level everything out nice and some people have told me that on a metal hood the heat from the sun will make the paint crack because of the difference in heat soak of the.metal and bondo. Any thoughts?
