T-tops

My roof leaks. Its driving me nuts. One day it will leak on the passenger side, and the next the drivers side. Never seems to leak on both sides at once.
Anyways, how do I go around repairing the leak?? Is it just the seal around the doors, or is it the t-tops themselves, or both. I know Im not the only one thats had leaky tops, and Im sure someones fixed the problem, so any help or ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks

If it leaks inside the window, its the seal around the door. They almost always leak around the door and on the window. There is a way to fix this, but u have to take off your door panel and do stuff in there. If it leaks through the top of the T-Tops, its probably the stripping.

Ok, Im pretty sure its the t-top, but there is striping on the t-top itself, does that usually go, or would it just be the stripping around the door frame??

Gotta hate it when the ttops leak. I never know when mine are gonna leak. One rainstorm they do the next they don't. I think it might have something to do w/ the angle the car is parked at for me. One thing that really sux though is that last time it leaked, I had my $90 World Civ book for college sitting in my back seat and it soaked it. This was not 2 weeks after I bought the book. Needless to say I don't leave my books in my car anymore.
