Mechanical Speedo Replacement

While changing my heater core yesterday ( all-day ) I decided to look into replacing my 1984 guage cluster with a 1988 140 mph TA cluster I had laying around. Of course, my '84 is mechanical, and the '88 is electronic. It looks like other than the speedo problem, it will work. My friend tells me there is a conversion kit. Where would I buy this conversion kit ? Is it easy to do?
