How would you lube the auto review mirror?

Transmission: 700-R4
How would you lube the auto review mirror?
I've got one of those electric review mirrors but after taking off the bottom plate I can't think of what to do next. In cold weather it simply doesn't have the power to flip up and will buzz like crazy until I help it with my hand....

I dont know but my buzzes like a bit(h too but it will flip up and down.
