Rear window Trim

Does anyone know where i can get that black metal trim that goes around the rear hatch window on my 85z28?

It is glued to the window. If yours is rusty you are better off sanding it down and painting it with SEM trim black.

what kind of glue is used to hold that to the window?? mine is separating where the two sides meet at the tip center

It's a urethane adhesive you should be able to get some from an auto glass shop.

Well my problem is the normal rear deck lid has fell beyond the side spoiler wings. Now now that rear deck on the rear window piece can be adjusted if that black strip around the window is replaced. Can only find the left strip online, no right, and cant find new brackets for that rear window lid either.

Where did you find the left side? Mine are looking kind of ragged. Might have to change them too.
