The cluster lights in my 85 IROC are adequate but not much else. By the way, I count three different types of lights in the cluster: a blue base #168, a green base #194, and a black base #161. Any reason why? What's the difference?

Even on the 90's I think that they should be brighter.. The top right hand of the speedo and the top left hand of the tach are darker than the rest of the guages..
Man I cant wait to get the blue bulbs!!

IROCNRoll,
Were your replacements simple OEM/OEM-type 194s or the krypton version? Also, whatever the type, did you have to remove the bulb from is socket (blue, green, black)? If so, how did that process go?
