I picked up an optical mouse last week, and the box came with a little blinking light and battery setup just to make it more noticeable. Well, being the ghetto-rigger I am, I took the light, added a switch, and voila! I have a blinking light in my dashboard! Ghetto? Yes, but could save my car from many violatings. I do have an alarm, but it didn't come with the light. I think the light may be more of a deterrent then the alarm going off would! (it's not too loud)

I just bought one of those Logitech mouses today! Lol, but I already have a blinking light in my car. If there were two.. maybe that would scare off twice as many criminals! lol
