Replacing power window switches with lighted switches.

Has anyone installed lighted power window switches from, let's say, a Grand Prix, in thier third gen? I'd really like to have lighted controls. I'd also like to have lighted power door controls as well.

I had to use one from a Fiero. It wasn't lighted though. My reasnoning for replying with this is altough they look the same, just grey, the Fiero didn't fit. The clip is different.

You'd have to add another set of leads for the lighting... At least for it to work with the headlights like the rest of the interior lights. Not to mention finding aftermarket switches that match everythign and work correctly would be near impossible. Not worth the effort.

I own a 91 bird, and have a set of lighted switches from my old audi that fit perfectly, just need the time to wire into the dash lights for the switch, but just get the switches with the harness peice attached (and some wires still hanging out) so you can figure out what would be the wires for the lights
