Stripping paint on flexible bumpers

My hot-tip used front bumper has 2 coats of paint on it & it doesn't look like they used flex-agent. What's the best way to get the paint off? Anyone had a bumper media blasted? I'd like to know how much they charge. Will chemical stripper attack the bumper material???

well i'm not much of a body man, but i might be able to help you. i had a crack in my rear bumper on the iroc, from some dumb *** backing up and there tailpipe went threw the plastic. well i took the bumper off, and DA sanded the whole thing with 80 grit paper, i probably should of went with a smaller grit, but i used this urothaneprimer so its preatty thick, fills grooves well. i also took all the paint off, down to the plastic. i hand sanded the tight spots, filled the crack with dolphin glaze. after primer, i wet sanded, then painted. it looks great, it took alittle time though, cause of the big crack, but now you cant even tell.
