So it's beautiful out today, and I went to wash my car. There was what I thought was a piece of really dried bird crap on the hood, so I got up close and personal with the power sprayer on it. Apparenly, it was a chip, because about 2" away on the hood, I heard this POP sound, and a bubble about 3" by 4" filled up and blew, down to bare metal. Fair warning for your first spring wash. BE CAREFUL!!!!
