T-tops flaking

The side moldings on my t-tops are flaking and I was just wondering if those could be replaced or made to look better.. or do I just need to get new t-tops?

If you're talking about that metal strip on the outside you can easily paint it and it will look like new.

Every set I've seen has been metal. That might have changed on later models. What year are they from?

I think your talking about the plastic peice outside of the metal strip, which can be painted. It's the peice that hangs over the window. As for fixing it the only way I know of is to replace it. Most bone yards won't sell just that tought because them no one wants the rest of the T-Top. Classic Industries might carry them. I don't have the catalog anywhere near by.
