window weatherstrip

has anyone ever replaced the weatherstrip that is at the bottom of the side windows on the outside? I think it's called the outer glass channel strip. Mine is cracked and it really degrades the overall appearance of my otherwise beautiful car. Where can I get the part--(i could only find it in the AMES perf. engineering catalogue) and it easy to perform the work?

I think they're called outer window sweeps, pretty easy to install, just a few bolts, but you'll have to pull off the door pannel. Nothin major.
