How does the emblume on the front bumper cover attach for a 1992 Camaro?

there is a 10mm nut on the back side...
behind the front bumper cover.

hey cool thanks, I'm pulling off the front bumper cover after a little accident. I didn't know how to attach it.. I just want to make sure I have everything ready for it.
