I can get every screw and bolt out exept for the one behind the door handel. The round plastic peice wont come out. Any Ideas?

 

It would help if we knew what kind of car you had. On my Camaros and on my trans Am, there's nothing behind the door handle that needs to come out. There's a bolt behind the plastic dummy panel, 3 bolts holding the arm rest on, then unsnap the perimiter of the door panel. Pull the plastic dummy panel out, then pull the door panel off.

Sorry, its a 92 Firebird.

 

You'll need to take a small thin screwdriver and pop out the bird emblem that is behind the door handle there will be a bolt under the piece.
i think hte bolt was a 7mm if i remember right.
