What all is included? I was just informed that the front and rear bumpers would have to be swapped too, in addition to the side/door pieces and front spoiler - is this correct..?
I thought you could swap just the front spoiler and side/door pieces..?

I am actually doing this swap as well. You do need a back bumper cover, but if the front bumper cover you have on your IROC isn't damaged, you can use it, because its basically the same thing. I have all 91-92 ground effects, and i have an 86 IROC front bumper cover. So the only thing you can save from your IROC is the front bumper cover, you will need to buy a 91-92 back bumper cover, rear quarter GFX, Door fillers, Rocker panel GFX, and a front spoiler GFX. Hope that was helpful.
