how to get seat belts off.

what kind of tool fits that huge bolt.i cant find one to fit it. and i cant get the belts out to replace the carpet. thanks anyone

You need a set of Torx bits. Any parts store has them.

If I remember correctly the Torx side is T47. You'll want to have alot of leverage when you go to remove them because mine were on VERY tightly.

hrmm i hate those bolts!! prolly cause i took them off with out the proper bit....

They are T-47 bolts. You better buy a couple sockets because there's a good chance you'll strip at least one.

man if i would have known it was a T47 i would have been done with the interior by now. i have that in my garage. i never thougt i would use it so i put in a cubbard in the back. oh well thanks for the help guys.
