paint job....

I need a paint job on my z28 but i don't have alot of cash. I need to know if i can get a good...not great one for around 900. oh, and no MAACO!!LOL

So know one here knows?? No one here has ever gotten a 900 dollar paint job. All I really am looking for are people that have does this and how it turned out.

To answer your question, you get what you pay for. I've seen people post here that have gotten great paint jobs from Maaco or Earl Sheib, etc, but many more that didn't. The best thing you can do is check out the work that they are doing and see for yourself. Every shop is different. I've heard people mention that if you tip the painter before he does the job, you get a better product. Just keep in mind that 90% of a good paint job is in the preparation.
