Not sure which form to dump this in, but I'll try here.

Local lot has an 89 GTA on their lot with 59k miles, t-tops, rear disc, leather, etc.... (recent low budget repaint)

They are asking $5100 cash for it and I'm curious if this is a reasonable deal or not.

Yes, if it has not been in any accidents and those miles are true it looks like a good deal. If it has a 350 that would be a plus.

"Recent low budget repaint" I'd run away from that at full speed. Cheap paint jobs suck, especially if they are covering cheap body work.

If Kbb says a price a lot more that 5k (to make up for the crappy paint), go for it... otherwise I wouldnt do it.
