4th gen center console AND megashifter. possible?

4th gen center console AND megashifter. possible?
I know I would have to cut up my current center console for it to fit. but, will I have to cut up a fourth gen center console? or would I still have to get a manual console? and besides, how would the shift boot work if I had the megashifter?
