Priming engine bay video

Just a little video i made using my new gopro. Timelapse of me laying down the epoxy in the engine bay.

Here in the next week or so ill be sanding the primer down and hopefully applying slick sand.

I cut down all the mounting bumps for the reservoir bottles, welded and smoothed the strut tower lips, and cut out the batt tray/charcoal can tray and welded in smooth pieces.

Enjoy!

Get your body work as perfect as possible, finish body work in 80 grit. Apply Slick Sand, block with 120-180 grit. Apply PPG 3055 or equivalent, block in 320-400 grit. You can do an additional 3055 spray and block for dark or exotic colors (Kandy, high metalics, black) with 500-600 grit. Finish as desired, enjoy your glass like appearence.

Slick Sand has extremly short pot life, wait until you are ready to spray before activating it.

Do not for any reason shake Slick Sand after activation. Shaking=volcano.
