My formula has been repainted before I bought the car. The front & rear bumber were repainted including the impact strips! Since then the paint has been chipping off and they look like crap. I would like to take them off and strip the paint off. What holds them on? And if I can easily remove them what is the best way of removing paint without damaging the moulding?
