My 84 Z has the two black decals in the hood scoop and the small, plastic, non-functional plugs on the windshied end. Well...the decals are looking bad....The IROC full panel louvers look cool. Anybody know if they can be retrofitted to the 84 hood or are the shapes different?

 

I think they are different. Even if they wweren't, to install IROC louvers you would have to drill holes. Easier to buy an IROC hood. I got one for 75 bucks in good shape. Just check the condition of the louvers. The pegs holding them on seem to break easy.
