I need some advice on what to do with my Camaro. I knew the floor boards where getting bad after this winter's abuse but I just went under to take a look. It appears that my car may of had an undercoating. It's all chiping off. Most of it has suface rust and could be sanded and Por 15ed. My question is who to approch this problem. The worst rust is directly under the drive seat. It is soft enough to stick a screw driver through the metal where the pan meets the body by the ground effects.

 

I mean how not who.
